Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of MaXXSlide.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Due to the size and nature of the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage not related to a manufacturing defect may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your MaXXSlide arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty information is included in the printed brochure that comes with every MaXXSlide. For manufacturing-related issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
